Back to My Blogging Roots

Too many "many years ago" I jumped headfirst into the big world of blogging. I wrote about everything from fashion to farm adventures, all while snapping pics on super snazzy pink Sony Coolpix point and shoot camera. As I started to cover local live music events for my "Pretty in the Panhandle" blog, I decided I needed to learn how to take proper photos and that's when I purchased my first Nikon. It didn't take long for me to find that photography was something I truly loved and wanted to pursue on a more professional level. At some point my focus fully shifted and I stopped writing, but now I'm back!

What am I going to blog about here, you might ask? My vision for this platform is to take you along on my journey as a photographer, by sharing things like session tips, travel escapades, and probably some epic fails. Fun and informative: that's the goal.
